Ingredients: 250 g All Purpose Flour; 60 g Vanilla Sugar; 1 tbsp Baking Powder; 0.25 tsp Salt; 60 g Unsalted Butter, cubed; 85 g Dark Chocolate, chopped medium fine (My fav is 54% Callebaut Callets. ); 0.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract; 125 ml 33% Heavy Cream; 1 Egg; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 Egg; 2 tbsp Milk; 1 tbsp Raw, coarse sugar (I used Roger’s Nature Raw sugar in a black bag.)

Place the cooled scones into an airtight container lined with a paper towel. Store the container on the counter at room temperature overnight. Refresh the next day by heating them in a 300°F (150°C) oven or air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes.
