Ingredients: 250 G All Purpose Flour; 60 G Vanilla Sugar; 1 Tbsp Baking Powder; 0.25 Tsp Salt; 60 G Unsalted Butter, cubed; 85 G Dark Chocolate, chopped medium fine (My fav is 54% Callebaut Callets. ); 0.5 Tbsp Vanilla Extract; 125 ML 33% Heavy Cream; 1 Egg; 1 Tsp Vanilla; 1 Egg; 2 Tbsp Milk; 1 Tbsp Raw, coarse sugar (I used Roger’s Nature Raw sugar in a black bag.)

Place the cooled scones into an airtight container lined with a paper towel. Store the container on the counter at room temperature overnight. Refresh the next day by heating them in a 300°F (150°C) oven or air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes.
