Ingredients: 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter; 1/3 cup Brown Sugar; 1/4 tsp Salt; 3 Eggs; 1 cup Milk; 1 tsp Vanilla Extract; 3/4 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 to 3/4 French Baguette, ripped into pieces

Prep Pan: Place parchment in 5 x10 baking pan and set aside.

Make Caramel Base: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in brown sugar and salt until dissolved and smooth.

Assemble Pan: Pour the caramel mixture into the bottom of the prepped pan, spread evenly, and add bread cubes in mostly one layer.

Mix Custard: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and $1$ tsp of cinnamon.

Saturate Bread: Place a fine mesh strainer over the bread and slowly pour the custard mixture through, ensuring all pieces of bread are saturated.

Finish Topping: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top.

Chill: Cover the pan and place it in the fridge overnight.

Preheat & Uncover: In the morning, preheat oven to 425 F and remove the cover from the pan.

Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
